Heather Corallo

Founder & CEO

Our founder and CEO Heather Corallo is an organizational polyglot, a jill-of-all trades when it comes to leadership and strategy, and an avid canoeist who grew up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. She has held roles at every level from administrative assistant back in her early days to Engineering Manager to Vice President to Founder and CEO and helped build companies from Chicago to Singapore. Her multi-layered experience enables her to see problems, and solutions, from new vantage points, and she offers her insights with candor, humor, and a refreshing honesty.

For the past 15 years, she has provided personalized coaching, mentoring, and leadership training to businesses and leaders around the globe. During that time, Heather has raised the performance level of creative entrepreneurs, senior executives, and the teams and managers on which they rely.

Throughout her career, she has carefully curated programs for leading companies in the finance, hospitality and technology sectors, offering one-on-one coaching, team-building strategies, communication workshops, culture creation, management training, and more. In these ongoing engagements, she often works directly with a company’s executive team.

Prior to starting her own consulting business, Heather was the Vice President of Strategy and Global Director of Engineering Culture at such bellwether firms as Groupon and 8th Light. She began working independently in order to be a resource to the heads of ambitious, innovative companies seeking to address the promise of effective management in the area of people and culture.

Whether in the role of a business development strategist, a human behavior specialist, or a general motivator, Heather believes everyone needs a supportive challenge to unleash their potential.
