Some Changes You Choose. Some Choose You. We Help You Move Through Both.

For leaders who need a thought partner. For people rebuilding after health disruption who need someone who's actually been there. Both audiences are welcome here.

Leadership Coaching

Coaching for leaders doing the hardest parts of the job. If the work that got you here isn't enough anymore, this is where we figure out what comes next.

Health Integration Coaching

Coaching for people rebuilding work and identity after illness, chronic health challenges, or caregiving. Nobody tells you how hard it is to go back. To show up as this version of yourself when everyone around you expects the old one. If you're medically stable and trying to figure out who you are now, this work was built for exactly where you are.

The Rebuild Project

The Rebuild Project is a group coaching cohort for people rebuilding after cancer, chronic illness, or caregiving. We work on everything from on the professional identity, to time and energy management in a body that has new rules. Together, we work on finding your voice again in a workplace that wasn't designed for what you've been through.

This is practical and human. We work with what's real, not what should be.

Not sure which kind of support you need?

Therapy asks what happened and how to heal it. Coaching asks what's possible and how you want to grow. Both matter. They're just different tools.

I'm Heather Corallo. I'm an executive coach, a cancer survivor, and a person who has rebuilt herself more than once. Not because I'm particularly resilient. Because I didn't have a choice, and then I did, and then… I chose to keep going.

When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
